Brits, when they become expats, start to do things they never did back home because not being able to do them as freely remind them of home. Dominic, being a British person in Texas for a decade now, has decided to reveal the aspects of Texan, and indeed American culture he is shying away from and outright refusing to adopt. He also gives his views of other aspects of the culture, which are all mostly in jest!
