With how much TV the US makes and exports, it's highly unlikely there isn't a part of the world that hasn't seen an episode of a show that's popular in the USA. Britain is no exception and in some cases, it's gotten more obscure shows from the American market too, that may not have done well in the USA but found more of an audience overseas. In this new episode, Dominic gives his rundown of shows he'd never seen before coming to the USA.

British people can be very VERY annoying. At least to Erica, who is married to one. There's plenty that annoys Erica in this episode, from Brits abroad, to the general pessimism of the people of Britain. So, that being said, in this new episode, Erica delivers her scathing attack on the British people and how annoying they are. She even goes as far as needling me about my own traits that annoy her.

With technology rapidly advancing, many of us of a certain age will remember things that are now obsolete in today's world. The same will be true 20 years from now for this generation, when things that are now common place, disappear into the antiquated. 20 years ago, CDs and DVDs were common, now they're an item that's considered antiquated physical media. This episode, we are talking about the things that will more than likely be obsolete in the next two decades.

Many people, when thinking about the Royal family of Britain, usually only think of the Queen, Prince Charles or Princes William and Harry. The Princess Royal, or Edward, the Earl of Wessex usually don't get much attention at all and as a result, are rarely heard about, despite them being quite hard working members of the Royal family, appearing at many engagements and having a great number of patronages.

British popular culture, Brits know it so well, so much so that it's become something of an in-joke online between them when engaging with other nations, particularly confused Americans. The most recent explosion of confusion came when an American asked what "Cheeky Nandos" meant and the results were Brits and their gleeful determination to keep the confusion going in their answers. In this latest episode, I quiz Erica on her knowledge of British pop culture quotes from TV that have entered the British idiom!

Americans online, they're generally a placid bunch compared to Brits online, who will get outraged if you call a spade a 'shovel'. But insult the country that they reside in, and they will come back with all guns blazing. Usually it's the same old two arguments pertaining to the American War of Independence or World War 2 when Brits, who usually fire the first shots, start up with a criticism of the USA.

Whitby is a destination that may not be on your places to see in England, but if you're a fan of Bram Stoker's Dracula, then it probably is at the top. This tiny seaside town on the east Yorkshire coast has become the centre of the Gothic world thanks to Bram Stoker setting a good portion of his Dracula novel in the town. In this Places We Wanna Go entry, we're talking about the greatest of Gothic seaside towns, which also happens to have the highest rated Fish and Chips in Britain.

Public Holidays, or a 'Bank Holiday' are celebrated on both sides of the Atlantic, but there are some different ones that are celebrated and observed. Brits may think its strange that Americans have named holidays instead of just calling it a 'Bank Holiday'. If you look at it, it seems there are constant holidays throughout the year on the US Calendar. In this, our latest episode, we chat about the different ones and why they're celebrated.
