This episode is all about biscuits! Now, if you're American, you're thinking about the delicious fluffy bread with a somewhat crispy outside that we eat with sausage and gravy, or sometimes honey, or sometimes fruity jam (I said "jam" purposefully for our British readers/listeners, as "jelly" means something entirely different for them.), but if that is indeed what you're thinking, you'd be wrong! Because today, we're talking about British biscuits, which are actually what we Americans call cookies! That's right, we'll be discussing Hobnobs and Jammie Dodgers (like those pictured above) and everything in between. We'll also be comparing and contrasting British and American cookies.
